Laura Renee was born on March 1st, 1982 in Brooklyn, New York and spent most of her youth growing up in Manalapan, NJ. Now living in Hoboken, NJ, she is passionate about capturing the personality and imagery of her local neighborhood as well as inspirational scenes as she travels internationally. Laura has worked to develop her skills from an early age, taking private lessons with several local artists. In High School she served as president of Art Honor Society and continued on to pursue her BA in Studio Art from Muhlenberg College. She is currently continuing her studies at the Art Students League of New York. With a passion for life, her paintings bring forth images of the world around us and can be seen in several private collections and public sites.
